Intelligent use of space

Space is a rare and therefore expensive commodity, especially in conurbations. Optimising the available space without neglecting the well-being needs of employees is therefore a major challenge for modern companies. Digitalisation and modern working methods also reduce the need for conventional storage space. Our PRISMA 2 functional cabinets are characterized by a reciprocal operability, whereby one cabinet can be used by two users at the same time.  The cabinets can be used directly at the workplace or as room dividing elements. 

Different cabinet types with different front partitions - from open shelves to suspended and sliding doors to front drawers and transverse roller shutters - enable innovative workplace concepts with high space efficiency and great individual configurability.

It is therefore important for many people to find the inter-faces to digital services as close as possible to the workplace. In some constellations, our functional cabinets offer the possibility of always being on the pulse of time by means of a point. For functional cabinets with sliding doors, electrification modules can optionally be used in all lever arch file heights. The cables are routed invisibly through a  vertical electrification channel.

Teamwork without barriers

Open teamwork needs no limits. Our functional cabinets promote open exchange. Everything else that is needed for daily work can be accommodated in the cabinets of the working group. Thanks to the choice of different surfaces for the back panels (magnetic whiteboard, fabric or decor), notes, pictures of loved ones, the latest product flyer or inspiring postcards can easily be posted on the back panels.
