With more than 50,000 visitors from more than 120 countries, this year’s ORGATEC indicated a slight increase in visitor figures in comparison to 2012. With this positive result, the fair came to a close on Saturday, 25 October 2014. Also the PALMBERG team was entirely satisfied with the course of the exhibition.
During the fair, PALMBERG welcomed a lot of specialist trade partners, architects, planners and end customers on its 1,230 square metre fair stand in hall 7.1, stand A038/B041. Besides communication-friendly workplace concepts, also the topic of acoustics played an important role in PALMBERG’s own fair presentation.
“We are very pleased with the customer response during the fair. We were able to establish important contacts in a lot of high-quality conversations with existing and prospective clients on all five days”, says PALMBERG Managing Director Uwe Blaumann in the final review.
Along with the positive feedback from the numerous visitors in the fair week, PALMBERG was especially pleased to note the publication of the overall result of the ‘markt intern’ assessment for office furniture and office chair suppliers 2014. The specialist retailer survey carried out nationwide by the independent business information service ‘markt intern’ put PALMBERG the number 1 in the overall ranking. After being on the winners’ podium among the top three for four times since 2006, PALMBERG has finally climbed the first place this year. The best grade – 1.29 – PALMBERG received in the field of “punctuality of delivery”. But it wasn‘t this dream grade alone that made the overall victory. PALMBERG was the number one in six out of eleven evaluated categories in total. Additionally, three further categories won silver.
“Palmberg is fast, service-oriented and uncomplicated”, “Palmberg is developing most quickly in the fields of product range, quality and technology“, or “Good products, very good logistics and a flexible and very good distribution support”, are statements of the specialist retailers that were again and again brought into connection with PALMBERG in the course of the survey.
PALMBERG Managing Director Uwe Blaumann and his team will continue to place customer wishes at the centre of its own work by means of a great variety of innovative ideas for a creative and user-oriented workplace design in order to confirm the positive result of the ‘markt-intern’ assessment 2014.
