TA comes up trumps

Handling documents has been TA Triumph-Adler's core business for a good 120 years. TA Triumph-Adler, now part of the global Kyocera Group, is a reliable partner when it comes to the digital archiving, management and processing of documents. The product range extends from hardware in the form of printers and multifunction devices to entry-level archiving solutions and individually designed ECM solutions.

New rooms and the constantly changing requirements of modern office work naturally lead to the desire to change the interior design. And TA Triumph-Adler has approached this change quite consciously. Test orders involving the employees: inside specified the needs of all those involved. Based on the results, a standard sample workstation was developed, which is to be used not only in the new headquarters, but also successively at every TA Triumph-Adler location. It consists of an ergonomic, electromotive sit-stand desk from the CREW T series, equipped with an acoustically effective TERIO PLUS wall with suspensions for two screens. Each individual workstation is accompanied by a table-height modular pedestal from the ORGA PLUS series, an ergonomic swivel chair and an LED floor lamp. All the furniture was to have a discreet colour scheme. Thus, the surfaces natural oak and anthracite were used. These surfaces were also used in the training rooms, which were furnished with tables from the SYSTO TEC series.

The majority of employees who perform their tasks in departmental rooms work at double workstations that are separated from each other by PRISMA 2 functional cabinets. This enables a good exchange of information and yet everyone also has their own personal space. The digital office also needs additional storage space, even if it is significantly reduced. For this purpose, cabinets from the PRISMA 2 series were used, also in anthracite.

The creative planning of the three floors, which also feature round walls, was undertaken by the firm Joppich und Rieckhoff from Hamburg. Every room here has a special floor plan and many areas were upgraded with beautiful ancillary furniture such as alcove sofas in the typical TA orange.

This project shows how smart decision-making, creative partners and reliable manufacturers can increase employee satisfaction. It's not just about the rooms, but also about the well-being of an entire office team.
