The special requests of our customers are always new challenges for us, which we gladly face.

Special requests become standard

In the approx. 780 sqm large special construction department, special products are manufactured according to the "quantity-one-principle" according to the respective customer wishes and made the standard. Almost 15 to 20 % of the furniture manufactured at PALMBERG are such special solutions. In addition, the special construction team also manufactures the PALMBERG reception programmes in the highest quality.

Apart from the realization of all customer orders deviating from the standard articles, all veneer parts are also produced in the PALMBERG special construction. Here you can veneer, sand and varnish. The machinery of the special building also includes a paint shop equipped with the latest technology, where the surface finishing of the veneer parts and glass surfaces is carried out.

Professional production thanks to state-of-the-art technology

Not only the team in the PALMBERG special construction is of high quality and reaches from carpenters over wood mechanics up to painters - also the machines are it, as the belt sanding machine proves. So this machine can operate a special width of 1600 mm and was specially designed and built for the needs of PALMBERG. Joinery machines of the latest standards and a state-of-the-art veneer plant testify to professional production.
