Excellent! Palmberg wins ICONIC AWARD

The PALMBERG stand presented at ORGATEC in October last year was not only an eye-catcher with a wow effect for many visitors, but also convinced the jury of the ICONIC AWARD 2019.

It is often the simple ideas that convince and remain in memory. PALMBERG presented itself with such an idea for its own booth at the ORGATEC in Cologne in October 2018. In cooperation with the agency VOSS + FISCHER from Frankfurt, the aim of the exhibition stand design was to stand out from the competition, to inspire, to attract attention and to be remembered. Instead, the 1,400 m² stand area was framed with almost hall-high wooden frames covered with wire mesh fences. The wire was handcrafted with 75,000 white paper cups inserted. Lightness was created by the gaps that were repeatedly built in, which aroused the curiosity of the visitors - and provided an opportunity to take a look inside the stand. This was supported by targeted illumination of the exterior facade: white incident light made the cups sparkle almost like LED dots in the exterior effect. On the inside, however, this play of light was deliberately avoided: For the visitor at the stand, the colourful product presentations inside thus became the desired eye-catcher.
